The class focuses on the strength, mobility and recovery needs that are unique to swimmers, which includes shoulder, thoracic spine, hip and ankle mobility as well as shoulder stability, core strength and scapular awareness and control.
There is a maximum of 15 people for this class
The class is taught by Jeff Grace who is a yoga therapist and swim coach. Grace has over two decades of coaching experience working with swimmers at all levels from learn to swim to Olympic medalists to masters and triathletes.
