Our featured pose this week is 'High Lunge'. 'High Lunge" is one of the most fundamental poses in Swimming Specific Yoga. There are a number of tremendous benefits you gain from this pose. Those include hip stability and mobility, core strength and shoulder mobility. This pose is also the base for many other of our Swimming Specific Yoga poses.
